AEthelmearc College of Bards

Welcome to the web home for the College of Bards in the Kingdom of Æthelmearc within the Society for Creative Anachronism, or SCA. More will be coming as we slowly get things organized, but in the meantime, to kick things off we have recordings of some Kingdom Songs for the populace to listen to and learn.

XLII: Please Give honor to our new Sylvan Bards who were chosen at Kingdom 12th Night on January 12, 2008: Dearbhforgaill an Chomhaidh and Gavin Kent, Sylvan Bards to Their Royal Majesties Duncan and Ilish. Vivats to Dearbhforgaill and Gavin, and Vivats to outgoing Sylvan Bards Michael Alewright and Brion Enkazi

August 2007 A.S. XLII: The new edition of the Æthelmearc Song Books are available for sale. Please support your local bards by purchasing one of these lovely spiral-bound book of songs about Æthelmearc, featuring many of the songs you have heard at Pennsic Opening Ceremonies and more!
